Recently I have been thinking of ways to make this site more appealing, lack of interest in the forums and of course this blog. Anyway I want to move the blog off the main page, perhaps just dump the forum but would like to keep it (obviously!!) Probably focus more on the photos. But one thing what could the main page be, ccs would be a ideal choice but something else, I have been looking at DHTML menu builder seems pretty good, with decent backward compatibility, fancy menus all written in java. Any ideas?

After much putting off I decided to get a new video card, as some nice new shiny 3d games took my fancy. I went for a ATI radion 9800 pro. (currently use a Nvidia fx5200)

Card came, whipped the old one out, in with the new, installed drivers and away we go, right? No!! well initially all seemed to go well, until I started anything power hungry.
If froze. Damm!! Sometimes I got this error “VPU Recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics driver commands “

That means the ATI drivers saved me from a blue screen, it became more often and more often, now I came to the conclusion it must be the PSU, although minimum spec is 300w perhaps that is being somewhat optimistic. Anyway I will invest in a new psu soon enough, until then back to the old card. And the next can of worms!!!
