Full Of Cludgie Goodness

The six nations rugby championships starts shortly, in March the Scotland V France game the SRU will trial a new National anthem for Scotland, this one is called Highland Cathedral I will be quite keen to hear it. You see there are people out there who want to scrap Flower of Scotland as our Anthem. Don’t be so Stupid!!

They say its “melancholy dirge, anti-English and backward-looking” oh fine. BTW, What about the English anthem. uhmm is it the 4th Verse “And like a torrent rush, Rebellious Scots to crush” Sounds anti-Scots to me.

Dust is the enemy, over the weekend I notice that the pc was running a tad hot. Also decided to reset itself a few times, Might nice of it aint it. It was running about 60c - 62c For an Athlon I suppose its ok, but I did not like it.

Before I ran out and got a new heat sink, cooling card ect I picked up a can of compressed air, cleaned out the fan, case. the amount of dust, hair n crap inside it its now running at a nice 55c - 56c. hopeful this will help.

Its Typical, I always get ill at the weekend, never through the week kinda ruins the weekend.
been over a week since my last post, Nothing much has been happening. But I do have a few ideas of new pages for this site, dont know if they will work…. check back later.

I am bored, bored with many things probably my job. I should quit, but the problem is the lack of IT jobs here just now, along with all the graduated and MCSE’s and CCNA’s around makes getting a new job tougher, perhaps a change of career is in order? I need to do something different, alas I shall be here same place same time next year. Maybe.

Took a few shots today, I want to start my photo log again. Yes I have said this several times before however I do mean it this time. I also though about going out and taking a photo every 200 yards or so, just something different.

Looks like my forums are in light use now, two of us are posting thanks, and we have some new members, go post something…. what are you waiting for.

Did mean to post early this week, but as things happen I got kinda tied up. So its all over for another year Christmas in to the New Year, I always find it somewhat of an anti climax, a month of build up, well more now the pow its over. Walking down princes st, and they are taking the big wheel down so its over. I should have the xmas 2003 photos posted later today so check out the Edinburgh photo section soon.

Back to work, back to normal…… don’t really want to go back.

My PC has had the habit of resetting itself recently. Pain in the ass,
So today I reinstalled windows, lucky i had a ghost image of the basic install. 20 min hey pow, its back but it took ages for windows update to complete. arghhhhh lets hope this works.

its 2004 now, this year cant be worse that last can it…..
i think i have eaten and drunk to much recently, will post more later
